I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Guadalajara Plaza Ejecutivo near Plaza Del Sol! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, pillows, and even sofa beds. The large bathrooms with rain shower heads were a luxurious touch. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an impressive variety—my favorites were the chilaquiles, omelette bar, salsas, fresh juices, fruits, and arroz con leche. The location is unbeatable—right next to Plaza Del Sol in a safe, clean area with great nearby restaurants, and conveniently close to Zapopan and the Centro district with its stunning cathedral. Most importantly, the service was exceptional! From the daily room cleaning to the helpful bell boys, attentive front desk staff, the amazing general manager Claudia, and the restaurant waitstaff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed upon arrival and found the concierge very informative about the area and speaking English was a bonus for us Canadians! The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options and the restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly. My husband loved the omelettes! The housekeeping staff went out of their way to accommodate anything I asked for and checked daily on what we needed. Unfortunately we did not have time to use the outdoor pool which is a lovely peaceful area surrounded by lovely landscaping. A bonus for us was the bus stop across the street for a direct ride to the downtown historic district and then access to the Light Rail system. There is an excellent City Market across the street.

Location is excellent. Very quiet and safe. Breakfast is a very well put buffet. The best was the kindness and service from the staff. This was the best pool I ever experience in a hotel. The pool was clean, warm and very well maintained. Great wifi for work. I will definitely come back.

I come here often because it is wonderful be to among kind and helpful staff. The customer service is the star is this hotel. The food is great, They recently changed the chef so the food is much better in general in the restaurant.

Very friendly staff and great service! When we arrived we were given our room which was in the tower. It was a nice enough room but hubbby had seen online the other rooms which face onto the swimming pool and courtyard. We asked if we could move and we were told we could for an extra fee, which was fine and reasonable. We moved rooms and it was a nice suite with a living room area with sofa bed, dining table and TV, plus the large bedroom with TV as well. Bathroom was a good size too. All was clean. Nice little touch was having few toiletry items available for guest, shampoo & conditioner, soaps, of course, shower cap, cloth for your glasses, hand sanitizer, sewing kit, shaving kit, toothbrush kit (in case youve forgotten yours) Nice lounge bar area plus great service from the bartender there. Restaurant staff was very nice too. Bell boys were very friendly and helpful. Frontdesk staff was great, very friendly, effecient and ready to help. We completely enjoyed our stay there. Also the grounds in the courtyard surrounding the pool were very well maintained.

I came here after staying at a not very good hotel with miserable staff, without WiFi or AC. This place was an absolute dream in comparison and I wish I’d come here first. I was greeted by happy smiling staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. The pool was clean, the restaurant and food were superb, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were lovely (small, but I’m a solo traveller anyway). There was nothing I didn’t like!! Thank you guys so much

The pool and suite were very clean and large to stay at. They had a great breakfast and very attentive. Liked the area and very secure. The valet person was very helpful to get all luggages up on 2nd floor.

This is our second time in this hotel. The staff is kind and welcoming. The breakfast is complete and the pool is clean and warm. I slept deeply in this quiet property. We were on the suites area.

Amazing room overlooking the pool. Reception, concierge, restaurant and room staff were all friendly and couldn't help- enough. Food was excellent. Overall an amazing stay!
